Industry: Deep Tech / AI / IoT Market: Global (USA & EU) Model: B2B Services & Consulting

DAC.digital is one of Europe's fastest-growing software houses, specializing in innovative hardware and software solutions. By deploying our LinkedIn Profile Boosting framework, we activated 4 key thought leaders within the 100-person team to drive visibility in the Agentic AI sector. This strategic focus—utilizing 2 posts per week and invitation-based campaigns—resulted in organic podcast invitations for the CTO and solidified the firm’s status as an Enterprise trendsetter. Over the next 9 months, this roadmap aims to establish DAC.digital as a global leader in Agentic AI implementations.

Challange

Dac.Digital possesses unique expertise in AI and hardware, yet it faced a classic challenge common to engineering firms: "Expert Silence."
Knowledge remained locked within the organization. The company’s LinkedIn profile served merely as a notice board, failing to drive engagement. A critical operational bottleneck was the lack of time among C-level executives. The CEO (Marek) had to focus on running the business rather than manually writing posts, commenting, or scouting for podcast opportunities.

We defined the business problem as follows: How can we scale a leader's personal authority without involving them in the micromanagement of the creative and distribution process?

Strategic Questions

Before designing the framework, the team addressed three pivotal questions that shaped the architecture of the process:

  • "Is it possible to be on two continents at once?" – How can we optimize posting times to cover both the "waking up" Americas (USA) and "working" Europe (EU) within a single time slot?
  • "How do we turn speech into text without losing authenticity?" – Can we eliminate the need for Marek to write manually by basing content entirely on his oral contributions (podcasts, calls)?
  • "Can we feed the algorithm artificially yet ethically?" – What actions (tagging, auto-likes, comments) are essential in the first 3 hours to break through the "glass ceiling" of organic reach?

Our Hypotheses

Based on data analysis, we formulated the following assumptions:

  1. Hypothesis 1 (Recycling): A single podcast appearance can generate enough "fuel" for 2 weeks of LinkedIn communication (posts, articles, videos), provided a rigorous redistribution framework is applied.
  2. Hypothesis 2 (Network Leverage): Starting from "zero" is inefficient. Transferring attention from individuals with similar profiles (competitors/partners) through strategic interactions will accelerate audience growth by 30% in Q1.
  3. Hypothesis 3 (Social Selling): Organic growth is not enough. Active outbound (25 invitations per day) is necessary to ensure the audience consists of decision-makers, not just passive observers.

The Solution

Our task was to establish the core principles for building engagement on LinkedIn.

Profile = Foundation
Smart Networking
Content & Value
Algorithm Secret

Rule 1: Your Profile is a Sales Page

Stop treating LinkedIn like an online CV. It is your Landing Page operating 24/7. You have 3 seconds to convince someone to stay.

  • Headline: Don't just list your job title. Write WHO you help and WHAT problem you solve.
  • Photo & Banner: Must build authority before the user reads a single word.
💡 TIP: People buy with their eyes. Optimize the "Featured" section; add your best video materials or PDFs there.

Rule 2: Quality > Quantity in Your Network

Collecting "dead souls" (people who never react) hurts your reach. The algorithm rewards relationships.

  • Build a network that matches or is linked to your ICP: Send invitations to people locally and abroad.
  • Remove contacts who have been inactive for years.
TIP: Networking is a long-term game. Build relationships BEFORE you need something.

Rule 3: Educate, Don't Sell (The 80/20 Rule)

If every post sounds like "Buy my service," people will stop following you. Give them a reason to return.

  • 80% of your content should provide pure value: knowledge, inspiration, "how-to" advice.
  • Only 20% should be a direct sales offer.
TIP: The best content is the kind that solves one specific, small problem for your client.

Rule 4: Comments Are Your Superpower

Many people think only their own posts matter. Mistake. Smart commenting on opinion leaders' (Influencers) posts gives you their reach for free.

  • Don't write comments like "Great post".
  • Add value. Add your point of view, ask a smart question. Your comment should be a "mini-post".
TIP: A comment within the first 60 mins of publication has the best chance of being "pinned" to the top.

Business clue

Analiza tego wdrożenia prowadzi do dwóch kluczowych lekcji dla rynku B2B:

  1. Content isn't everything; distribution engineering is what counts. Even the most insightful post about "Agentic AI" will vanish without mechanical support (interactions, outbound, timing). The LinkedIn algorithm functions as a mathematician, not a literary critic.
  2. Leaders don’t have to be creators; they must be sources of knowledge. The role of marketing is to extract that knowledge (mining) and process it (refining), rather than expecting a CEO to become a copywriter.
