About

What is Navattic

Navattic ingests in-product user behavior data to surface expansion signals, segment accounts by adoption patterns, and trigger automated, personalized sales outreach — all from one workspace. It's built for RevOps, GTM leads, and Account Executives at mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS companies running product-led growth motions. The standout capability is its ability to discover high-value accounts directly from product usage data, letting sales teams prioritize outreach based on who is actually engaging with the product rather than who filled out a form. Native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and Zapier mean signals can flow into existing workflows without custom plumbing. That said, Navattic is purpose-built for PLG SaaS — teams without a self-serve product motion or meaningful in-app usage data will find little to work with here.

Our verdict

Vanderbuild take

For RevOps and GTM leads running a product-led motion, Navattic is one of the few tools that closes the loop between product analytics and sales execution — it's not a generic sales assistant, it's a usage-to-pipeline engine. On the agentic side, this is non-negotiable if you're building toward agentic outbound: the MCP server makes Navattic directly callable by AI agents, and with a public API and webhooks, it slots cleanly into any orchestration layer you're assembling. Pricing starts free but the tiers that matter for mid-market and enterprise teams will require procurement involvement — budget accordingly. The honest limitation is scope: if your ICP doesn't live inside your product, or your usage data is sparse, the segmentation and prioritization engine has nothing to work with and the platform loses most of its value.
