OpTonal
Your CRM fields, filled after every call.
What is OpTonal
OpTonal records and transcribes sales calls from Google Meet, Zoom, and Gong, then uses AI to extract deal details and write them directly into HubSpot or Salesforce fields — no manual entry required. It's built for SDRs, BDRs, and RevOps teams at SMBs and mid-market companies where CRM data hygiene is a recurring problem. The most distinctive capability is the ability to query past calls directly in Slack — reps can ask questions about a call and get answers without leaving their workflow. Follow-up email drafts and post-meeting Slack tasks are also generated automatically from each call. That said, OpTonal has no public API and no MCP support, so it can't be wired into an agentic stack or automated pipeline — everything runs through the UI.

Vanderbuild take
For SDR and RevOps teams tired of chasing reps to update the CRM after every call, OpTonal does the mechanical work — transcribe, extract, populate — without requiring anyone to change their meeting habits. On the agentic readiness front, there's no API and no MCP server, so you can't drive this from an agent or plug it into an orchestration layer; it's UI-only, full stop. At $29/month per seat, it's affordable for small teams, though costs will add up as headcount grows and you'll want to pressure-test the Enterprise tier before committing at scale. The honest gap is depth outside the HubSpot and Slack ecosystem — if your stack runs on something else, the native integrations thin out quickly.
