Scratchpad sits on top of Salesforce and gives reps a spreadsheet-style interface for managing pipeline, notes, and tasks without toggling between tabs. It records and transcribes calls from Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams, then generates summaries and action items and writes the relevant data directly back into Salesforce fields. The standout capability is the Deal and Account Agent — a conversational AI layer that lets reps ask questions about any deal or account using full historical context, similar to querying a CRM with natural language. It's built for SDRs, AEs, and RevOps teams at solo operators and SMBs who live in Salesforce but find the native UI too slow. The tool is Salesforce-only — if your team runs on HubSpot or another CRM, there's no path in.

Scratchpad is a focused Salesforce overlay for AEs, SDRs, and RevOps teams who want AI-assisted note-taking, CRM hygiene enforcement, and deal intelligence without leaving their existing stack. On the agentic readiness front, there's no public API and no MCP server — this is a UI-only tool, meaning you can't drive it programmatically or wire it into an agent workflow without scraping. Free or near-free to start at $19/user/month, so the risk to pilot with a small team is low. The hard constraint is CRM lock-in: Scratchpad is built exclusively for Salesforce, so any team on a different CRM is immediately out of scope, and AI credit limits on the Solo plan (400/user/month) may become a ceiling faster than expected for high-volume reps.
