On the agentic front, there's no public API and MCP status is unknown — this is a UI-only tool, and you can't drive it from an agent or plug it into an orchestration layer without scraping, so don't plan around it as an automation primitive. At $19/user/month to start, the cost of testing is low, and the one-time FLASHBACK tier ($190/mailbox) is a practical way to recover historical data without a subscription commitment.
