What is GTM Engineering?
GTM Engineering is the practice of building and operating the technical infrastructure behind go-to-market motions - data pipelines, outbound systems, CRM automation, and the workflows that connect all three. A GTM Engineer doesn't write strategy decks. They build the systems that execute strategy. At Vanderbuild, every engagement is GTM Engineering work: we own the infrastructure, run the campaigns, and measure what returns.
What does Vanderbuild actually deliver?
Three service lines, built to work together. Outbound: hypothesis-driven campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn, from ICP definition to qualified lead handoff. CRM data orchestration: enrichment, deduplication, automated routing and scoring inside HubSpot or Pipedrive. GTM consulting: strategy, positioning, and the systems map that connects both. Should we hire a GTM agency or build in-house?
