Clay Implementation
Your team bought Clay. Now it sits half-configured, burning credits. We implement it, build the workflows, and train your team to run it solo.

Why most Clay setup fail
Clay has 150+ data providers and an interface built for power users. Without proper implementation, it becomes your most expensive unused tool.
Steep learning curve
Clay is an IDE, not a plug-and-play tool. Your ops team watches tutorials, builds a test workflow, and still can't get enrichment rates above 40%. By the time anyone feels comfortable, 4-6 weeks are gone and the SDRs are still waiting for contacts.
Credits burn with no results
Bad waterfall logic queries expensive providers first. One misconfigured table drains a month of credits in a single run. You discover it when the invoice arrives - and you still have no verified emails to show for it.
No local Clay expertise
Clay's partner ecosystem is US-centric. European B2B data needs different provider stacking. Polish company registries, GDPR constraints, and CEE market quirks don't come with a template. When your team hits a wall, the nearest expert is 6 time zones away.
We implement.
You get workflows
We run Clay daily across 250+ outbound campaigns. We know which enrichment waterfalls work for European markets, which integrations break, and how to get your team self-sufficient in weeks
What changes after implementation
A properly configured Clay setup pays for itself in the first month of outbound.
80%+ Email Discovery Rate
Properly stacked waterfall enrichment finds emails that single providers miss. Your prospecting coverage jumps from a typical 40-50% to 80%+ with verified addresses ready for outbound.
01
Credits Under Control
Smart waterfall logic queries cheap providers first, expensive ones only as fallback. Most clients cut their enrichment costs by 40-60% compared to querying every provider on every record.
02
Self-Sufficient Team
in 4 Weeks
After training, your ops or sales team builds and modifies Clay workflows without external help. They know how to debug failed enrichments, manage credits, and adapt workflows to new ICPs.
03
Pipeline From Week Two
A working Clay setup feeds verified, enriched contacts into your outbound sequences or CRM automatically. Pipeline starts when the system starts - not when someone finishes a course.

What does Clay Implementation include and how does it work?
We start with an audit of your ICP, data sources, and CRM. Then we design and build your enrichment architecture inside Clay - waterfall logic, provider stacking, CRM integration, and lead scoring rules. The full implementation takes 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. You get a working system, not a strategy deck.
How quickly will we see results after setup?
Most clients see enriched contacts flowing into their CRM within the first 2 weeks. If you connect Clay to outbound sequences, pipeline conversations start in week 2-3. Full optimization - including credit efficiency tuning - takes about 30 days.
What do we need to provide before you start?
Access to your Clay account, CRM, and a clear picture of your ICP. We'll help you define the ICP if it's not formalized yet. You'll need one person on your side (ops, RevOps, or growth lead) who joins the kickoff and training sessions.
Which enrichmet providers and integrations do you set up?
We configure the providers that match your target market. For European B2B, that typically includes Prospeo, Findymail, Apollo, Cognism, and FullEnrich for email discovery - plus LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ocean.io, and company registry data for firmographics. CRM integration covers HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive natively. Beyond that, we set up HTTP API requests and webhooks for any system that supports them. If there is a possible connection, we can implement it - including custom integrations via any third-party automation tool.
What if Clay doesn't work for our market or ICP?
If you want to use Clay, there should be available data sources that can be orchestrated through the platform. The good news: if the companies you are targeting are available online, we can use Clay to orchestrate that data for you. We run an audit before implementation starts - if your ICP has poor data coverage, we'll tell you before you spend a zloty and recommend an alternative approach.
