How long does the process take?

The full workshop process takes under two weeks of active collaboration. You invest roughly 9 days on your end - we handle the rest. The output is ready to implement before most consultants finish their discovery phase.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

A brief on your current GTM setup, your ICP assumptions, and access to whoever makes commercial decisions on your team. No polished decks required - raw context works better than curated presentations.

What do I actually get at the end?

A 90-day roadmap, defined ICP, positioning statement, messaging frameworks, channel recommendations, tool stack recommendation, and an executive summary. Every deliverable is documented. Nothing is left as a verbal agreement.

Do you only do strategy or do you also help with implementation?
